Command offline-node

java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -s http://192.168.0.70:8899/jenkins/ -webSocket offline-node NAME ... [-m VAL]

Stop using a node for performing builds temporarily, until the next "online-node" command.

 NAME   : Agent name, or empty string for built-in node
 -m VAL : Record the reason about why you are disconnecting this node
